This hot pad and center piece was designed by Bora artisan Milda Quevare from the village of Puca Urquillo Bora on the Ampiyacu River.  It features a natural off-white chambira palm fiber background with concentric rings of black and yellow colored with natural plant dyes.  Like all hand-made crafts, its exact design may vary from the photo of the model.
