Chambira Shoulder Bag from Peru with black and orange stripes

This boho shoulder bags made was handmade by a native artisan from the Huitoto village of Puca Urquillo Huitoto on the Ampiyacu River region of the Peruvian Amazon with sturdy chambira palm fiber.  It has a background of natural off-white chambira with black and orange stripes made with natural plant dyes. 

Take your laptop to a coffee shop, shop in a outdoor market or tote your towel, good book and suntan lotion to the beach in these lightweight, easy to wear, long multipurpose bag.  It measures about 10 x 16 inches with room to expand and a comfortable 35 inch long shoulder strap. This bag has a reduced price due to a small amount of orange dye bleeding onto the white background.
