Handmade Open Weave Striped Double Strap Bags from the Peruvian Amazon

These boho style double strap bags were handwoven by artisans native to the Peruvian Amazon, with natural and durable chambira palm fiber.  They are useful for carrying a laptop to a coffee shop, shopping in a outdoor market or toting your towel, good book and suntan lotion to the beach.  The main model is 12.5 x 12 x 4 with green, red and white stripes made by a Bora artisan from the village of Brillo Nuevo on the Ampiyacu River. This bag is comfortable, lightweight and the open weave design has an airy feel.
