This Red-Headed Blackbird Bird ornament is a handcrafted interpretation of a tropical bird, inspired by the colorful birdlife of the Peruvian Amazon. Known locally as a “huanchaco,” it reflects regional artisan tradition rather than an exact bird species. Each ornament is woven from sustainably harvested chambira palm fiber by a Native artisan from the Peruvian Amazon. Display it on a Christmas tree, rear-view mirror, desk, shelf, or gift package for a bright touch of rainforest color and handcrafted charm.
